Once the decision to go ahead is made, the specification and colour of the vehicle(s) are confirmed and we place the order with a dealer. We’ll confirm the likely delivery date to you and then monitor it weekly to ensure that it doesn’t slip – or if it does, due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, that you are kept up to date.
As soon as the car arrives at the dealership we’ll complete the paperwork with you and you send us the first cheque. We’ll ensure that the car is equipped with number plates, tailored mats, a tax disc holder, a delivery pack, driver information guide and a key ring that is registered with the Key Club, so that if the keys are lost there is a route for their return to the driver.
Your car will be delivered direct from the dealer, who will familiarise the driver with the vehicle and its controls. As part of our ISO 9001:2000 accreditation, we monitor the performance of the dealer at handover and only use those dealers who have been proven to be efficient and helpful.
