GKL's Buying Power

In order to provide you with excellent value, GKL exercises its considerable buying power to ensure we either pay less for a vehicle, so it costs you less each month, or try to provide you with a higher specification for your budget.

So how does GKL buy more cheaply than you can?

  • As a volume buyer, we already benefit from substantial discounts from manufacturers.
  • The manufacturers often approach GKL when they need to promote certain vehicles at lower prices: these are deals that few, if any, others know about.
  • We talk to various contacts in the same manufacturer and often find that a different department can offer us a better rate.
  • We join forces with other dealers and buyers who have made special pricing arrangements with the manufacturers to buy a batch of vehicles. The discount may, for example, be based on a quantity of 500 but the buyer only needs 400. In that case we may buy some, or all, of the remaining 100 at the same low price – and pass that saving on to you in the form of a lower monthly rental price.
