There are many other services that can be incorporated into your contract, depending on your specific requirements. Indeed, we have a number of clients who own their vehicles instead of leasing them, but who call upon GKL’s fleet management expertise. Here are just some of the additional services that we offer:
- Managing vehicle acquisition, servicing and disposal for you if you prefer to own your cars and vans.
- Accident, theft and damage management. Generally the first priority is to get you mobile again. However, insurance claims can be time-consuming, as can arranging repairs and administering claims for uninsured losses. There may also be court proceedings to be managed. We can liaise with the driver and deal with the aftermath of accidents, theft and damage so that you don’t have to spend your valuable time doing so.
- Vehicle efficiency monitoring. You can get reports on each vehicle’s mileage and fuel consumption through the use of a fuel card, leading to full lifecycle management.
- Vehicle tracking and geo-fencing. You can know where your cars and vans are at all times, and even prohibit them from leaving a pre-defined area through the use of GPS. It is possible to disable a vehicle remotely, should it stray from the pre-defined area.
- Driver profiles. You can be kept informed about each driver’s behaviour, from average fuel consumption to driving record.
- Risk management, including duty of care consultancy.
