Anyone who sets out to be the cheapest will have to sacrifice service levels and we’re not prepared to do that. A lower level of service might be OK for the larger fleets who employ a dedicated fleet manager because he or she can spend time looking after the company’s vehicles.

Large Financial Organisations
The large financial organisations may appear to offer stability and good prices, but their service level frequently lets them down.

Being more target-driven, the sales teams tend to move on to their next target rather than nurturing you as an existing client. Indeed, the widespread introduction of call centres means you might never speak to the same person twice!
Brokers
By contrast, there are many brokers who advertise amazingly low prices. But as you may have discovered, when you respond to an advertised offer in the press, on a web site or in an email, these offers can be a minefield of unavailable deals.
The vehicle you’re interested in is often mysteriously unavailable, or you may find a host of hidden costs that aren’t advertised. Most of these brokers simply trawl all the other leasing vendors and act as a middleman, after taking their cut and pushing up the price to you, of course. Their product knowledge is often limited and their service levels can be virtually non-existent.
